  • There are three ways to schedule an appointment with me:

  • I’m both, depending on where you located and what your preference is! Virtual therapy is an option for all my clients. I also offer in-person sessions at my office in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

  • My office is at 2918 Marketplace Drive, Suite 209 in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. It’s a large brick building with ample, free parking in the back. Once parked, enter through the back door and head up the stairs to the second floor. My office, suite 207, is located on your left - past the restrooms.

  • During your first session we will explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions and gather some background information to help me gain a greater understanding of your life and all the different elements. We will then work together to create your goals for therapy and explore steps to achieving these goals. Once the session is over (approximately 50-60 minutes) we will discuss how to schedule your next session if you are interested.

    Prior to your first appointment I will be sending you paperwork to fill out via the online portal. This paperwork is required to be completed prior to arriving to your appointment, including your insurance information and a card to keep on file for any charges and fees.

  • I am in-network with several insurances. If using insurance, please make sure you call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your mental health coverage, co-pay, and deductible.

    If you are not using insurance you can still be seen by paying out-of-pocket for services. I charge $150 per session.

  • If a session is missed without any notice OR cancelled less than 24-hours before the scheduled session time, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

    Please keep in mind that you have the ability manage your appointments through your therapy portal. If you have a chronic illness, disability, or barrier that may prevent you from giving adequate notice of cancelling, please discuss this with me so we can troubleshoot and prevent recurrent charges.
