I specialize in working with women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, boundaries, assertiveness, women’s issues, perfectionism, trauma and relationship challenges.

My favorite interventions to utilize are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

  • More Personal:

I’m originally from Madison, Wisconsin, however after graduating with my master’s degree I moved to Des Moines, Iowa where I started my practice and lived for 5 years. I moved back to Wisconsin a little over a year ago to be closer to family. Since the move I have been dually licensed in both Iowa and Wisconsin so I can continue seeing my beloved Des Moines clients and serve others in both states.

Outside of being a therapist you can find me going for a run, playing indoor and sand volleyball, reading, and cuddling with my chonky 100-lb English Lab Luna and Bengal-Mix cat, Niya.
