About the Therapist
Hi! I’m Trish, and I’m so happy you’re here. My therapy style is supportive, authentic, and down-to-earth. I combine compassion, humor, and honesty to give my clients the gentle push they need to achieve their goals.
I work from an evidence-based, trauma-informed foundation. I’m trained in a variety of approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
